The code below will supposedly start applications that don't work
with the new Ubuntu 11.04 overlay scrollbar (such as eclipse),
without the scrollbar.
LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 /usr/bin/program_to_run
It works. This fixed a problem that in trying to fix it via another method I rendered my computer inoperable and had to reinstall Ubuntu.
